League of Evil 3 App Reviews

Ive owned this for a while. Usually I like to beat a game before I review it, but this one will take a while. Obviously, the feedback Ravenous Games got from the last LoE made it clear players wanted a harder game. And this is it. Not that I didnt like the last one, but yes, it was pretty breezy. This thing is a beast however. If you bought it without realizing what you were in for and now you regret the purchase just remember: nobody likes a pansy. Keep trying. Its actually much more gratifying beating a hard game than it is walking through a casual one. Also: if youre having trouble with lagging, quit the mission and start again from the mission select screen. The missions start over smooth as buttuh.

This game rocks! Keep them coming!

Rather than make a new and unique update, they simply made this version impossibly hard. Thats no fun.

Really good game, but could be better if frame rate wasnt horrible. The new levels are very hard, and almost impossible. First game was the best and this one is second best (second game was a joke) But overall very good game.

Game is great, but both the arrow and A/B buttons are a) too big and b) creep too far towards the center of the screen to thumb comfortably. I am either stretching too far to hit the right arrow button or not even hitting the dash/punch button.

Very good game but if you like a hard game this is it worth the money but the game is very very hard

This game has an incredibly steep difficulty level. I have beaten both of the other two games, and random Heroes 2. I couldnt get past the first 5 levels! I know its meant to be hard, but its too hard to be fun.

If youre looking for a game that crashes after every death or in the middle of a near flawless run than this the game for you. Wonky frame rates add to the challenge of this diabolical piece of crap. Would be fun if it worked. I want my .99 back... BOO!!!!

On my iphone 4 it is a bit leggy. Fixing it would be awesome!!!

There is a major bug that is preventing me from enjoying this game. The menu music doesnt stop playing when you enter a level and it ends up overlapping with the level music. Its very obnoxious.

Im a huge fan of platform games. Until I saw League of Evil 2, I didnt think it was possible to make a touch screen platformer that would be any good, let alone great. League of Evil 2 was the first of LoE games I saw and it was a revelation. The controls and game mechanics are so perfect and allow for for such effortless high precision maneuvers. League of Evil 3 has the same controls and game mechanics as 2, with much more interesting levels. In my mind it is simply the best game on the App Store, by far, and the best platformer ever. Yes, there is the frame rate issue that some reviewers mentioned, which for me only exists on the Japanese level set. Every time you die the frame rate drops which after a while makes it impossible to play and you have to kill the task and launch it again to fix it. Yes its annoying. So what, dont play that level set, just complete enough of it to get to the next one which is Impossible Missions. I wish this game had more levels, its so awesome I just cant get enough of it. If you want to give it a try, might be worth starting with LoE2 which is easier. I wouldnt necessarily bother with 1 unless youre a fan of pixel art, since the mechanics of 1 are slightly different and IMO not as good.

The graphics are perfect for a platformer. I really want to try league of evil 1 but after playing number 2 and 3 the graphics set me off. Its challenging, the controls are epic. Well worth 2 dollars. Maybe league of evil 4 coming soon ;)

This game is addictive and hard! You will want to smash your mobile device by level 6!!! Good luck

I cant get past the FIRST MAYAN LEVEL because the costume unlocked wont leave so I can time ANYTHING! Im constantly jumping into spikes on the ceiling because I cant see them!

I cant express how much I love this game but it constantly crashes. Due to the challenge, I often like to post my success YouTube but the game crashes all the time which make it impossible. Please fix !!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometime the game freezes, its usually (if not always) right at the very beginning of a level. I think theres some sort of bug with the Auto-Retry option. Other than that its a great game, it gets really difficult at times, so somtimes you need a break

And I thought flappy bird was hard...

This game is waaaay overrated, it is near impossible, the shorts levels are great on the other game from this company. Expect to play each level 30 times just to finish, if you want to perfect the level expect to try 70 times. This is crazy. Pass on this game and play the other games from this company, they are way better.

So fun love the graphics and also the best Hardcore game!
